Prime Guidance is an AI-first marketplace consultancy. That sentence is now table stakes in a pitch deck. It is also, in most agencies, untrue. Here is the model we actually run.
The split
AI models are extraordinary at comparing 40 competitor listings, extracting attributes, flagging missing backend terms, and drafting a first A+ module overnight. They are terrible at knowing whether your MAP policy will survive a TikTok Shop test, or whether a 1P cost increase is a Vendor Manager problem or a SKU-exit problem.
So the split is: AI on throughput. Operators on irreversible decisions. Coaching so your team can run the weekly loop without us in the chair.
What that looks like in week one
A free audit is not a PDF of ChatGPT bullets. It is a scored read of listing quality, Alexa for Shopping / Cosmo / A9 readiness, ads structure, and account health — then a 30-minute call with a senior advisor who has sat inside Amazon or a comparable operator seat. If we cannot name the two moves that would change the next quarter, we say so.
What it is not
It is not unattended listing rewrites. It is not replacing your brand voice with a generic “premium yet approachable” paragraph. It is not a lock-in retainer. Most Prime Guidance work has been month-to-month since 2014, under parent company All Industry Consulting LLC, because the product is capability — not captivity. Full-service management and a revenue-share on sales (never on ad spend) are available when they fit; they are not the default.
