What is Prime Guidance?
Prime Guidance® is a registered trademark of All Industry Consulting LLC and an AI-first marketplace consultancy based in Dallas–Fort Worth, Texas. It helps consumer product brands start, grow, and operate on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Target, TikTok Shop, and other marketplaces. The firm was founded in 2014 by Steve Yates, a former Amazon, Dick’s Sporting Goods, and eBay Enterprise executive.

Do you take over our Amazon account, or coach our team?
Three depths. We coach so your team becomes self-sufficient. We sit in as interim marketplace leadership when you have a gap — a departure, a PE hold period, parental leave, or the months before a hire lands. And we run full-service account management and done-for-you PPC when you want us on the keys. Engagements are scoped to the work: ongoing coaching or account management sized to the time you need, defined projects such as audits, PE diligence, migrations and launches, or revenue share on product sales (never on ad spend) for qualifying brands.
Which marketplaces do you support?
Amazon (Seller Central and Vendor Central), Walmart Marketplace, eBay, Target Plus, TikTok Shop, and international channels including Amazon EU, Amazon AU, and select Asia-Pacific marketplaces. Strategy always starts with where the profit actually is — not a template stack.
How is Prime Guidance ‘AI-first’ if you are a consultancy?
AI is now how shoppers search, how Amazon ranks, and how catalogs should be written. We use AI models — including Claude, Grok, and ChatGPT, whichever fits the job — to audit, draft, and monitor at a speed humans cannot. Senior operators decide what goes live. You do not get a chatbot instead of a consultant. You get operators who already ran these businesses, multiplied by AI.
Are you an Amazon or Walmart agency partner?
Yes. Prime Guidance is an agency partner with Amazon and with Walmart Marketplace. That does not replace operator judgment. It does mean we work inside the programs, tools, and account structures those marketplaces expect of partners.
Do you work with private equity?
Yes. We run marketplace assessments for PE firms before or after an LOI — catalog quality, advertising efficiency, account health, 1P vs 3P, and a view of what the next operator should actually do. We also take operating seats post-close when that is the mandate.

Do you disclose AI-generated people in images?
Yes. New York GBL § 396-b requires a conspicuous on-page disclosure when a photorealistic person in an advertisement was generated or modified by AI. Amazon requires the metadata keyword contains-synthetic-performer in the file’s XMP dc:subject field. Metadata alone is not the New York disclosure. On this website, photographs of people carry that tag where it applies, and a short note in the footer. Hands and faces count. Empty offices, warehouses, and product-only sets do not.
